Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply to services purchased from Dennis Lykeisha.

Consulting and development services

  • Deposits and retainers paid at the start of an engagement are refundable within 7 days of payment, provided work has not yet commenced.
  • Once work has commenced, fees for services already delivered are non-refundable, but unused prepaid hours may be credited toward future engagements or refunded on a prorated basis at our discretion.
  • Milestone-based projects: refunds for a milestone are unavailable once that milestone has been delivered and accepted.

Subscription services

Recurring service subscriptions (e.g. maintenance retainers) may be canceled at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial periods.

Digital deliverables

Because software and digital deliverables cannot be "returned" once transferred, they are generally non-refundable after delivery. If a deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed specifications, we will remediate the issue at no additional cost or, at our discretion, provide a refund.

How to request a refund

Email mail@dennislykeisha.us with your order or invoice reference and the reason for the request. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
