Service Delivery Policy

Dennis Lykeisha provides digital software development services. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how digital deliverables and services are provided.

Digital delivery

  • Source code, design files, and technical documentation are delivered electronically via a shared source-control repository (e.g. GitHub, GitLab), cloud storage, or other electronic means agreed with the client.
  • Hosted deployments are provisioned on the infrastructure agreed in the statement of work (SOW).

Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines are described in your SOW or invoice. For most engagements:

  • Consultation and small tasks: initial response within 1 business day; delivery within 1–5 business days.
  • Milestone-based projects: delivered per the schedule in the SOW, typically in 1–4 week sprints.
  • Retainer engagements: ongoing delivery within the agreed weekly or monthly hour allocation.

Order confirmation

After a successful payment via Stripe, you will receive an email receipt and, where applicable, access credentials or repository invitations within 1 business day.

Regions served

We work with clients globally. All services are delivered remotely from Houston, TX, USA.

Delivery issues

If you have not received a purchased deliverable within the timeframe stated in your SOW, contact mail@dennislykeisha.us and we will investigate immediately.
